Craft-Tastic Bubble Bath Magic Potion Kit Bath Time Toys, Arts and Crafts for Kids, Non-Toxic, Ages 4+ With Help

This is cute kit. The real magic is the star... you break a piece of the powder soap star off and it creates an excellent bubble bath. The bubbles last longer than most other products. The water will slightly change color with the confetti-like soap. Watching the color drip from cloud is cute. I would say this creates 6 excellent bubble bathes based on the star but you probably get 12-15 okay bubble bathes if you stretched out the products.

My daughter LOVES to make potions in the bathtub and also loves rainbows. This was the perfect gift for her.You get multiple containers of potion ingredients, a star that you break apart to make bubbles, the little rainbow cloud to make the potions, and foam potions with recipes that you can stick to the tub walls when wet. I would love to be able to get refills to this set as she's having a ball making the potions. I have limited it to one per bath to try and stretch out the ingredients, but I think she would happily use them all in one sitting.

For my 6 year old daughter who is very into potion making, this was perfect. She loved being able to blow bubbles in the bathtub. There are enough potion ingredients to be able to play with several times.

If this were a $5 product I wouldn’t be taking the time to write a negative review, but for $20 I have to share this is unfortunately a dud. Don’t get me wrong, my 3 year old daughter did enjoy making her “potions,” but none of the results were as flashy as advertised in the instructions. There was no iridescence, the colors of the bubbles were lackluster (they just looked white like normal bubbles) and they lasted approximately 30 seconds. Everything just kind of turned into a bunch of mush, and the star bar of soap leaves small chunks floating around undissolved in the water. It does not operate like a bath bomb.

Cool and cute idea, but not really as fun and interesting for my toddler compared to other products we have tried. I would recommend looking into other bathtime products.
