Quickly made onto my supplement shelf. Hadn't heard of ajuga turkestanica until a few months ago and am surprised that it works so well. As usual, delivery on time, quick and efficient with Amazon.The soft gels aren't particularly big or hard to swallow. No bad smells or tastes. Don't really 'feel pumped' on it or anything as most natural things don't but like a couple other natty supplements, it stops the aches and ups the ante a bit. Always lift natural. Despite no 'pumped' or over caffeinated feeling I noticed the difference with both performance and gains. Added to subscriptions and not ran out for months.

This is a decent supplement to help with training. The main benefit to me is quicker recovery and it also seems to be like a tonic for my body...better sleep, digestion. Definitely increases strength a bit and helps my joints. Tried to double the dose but made me a bit jittery, so two tabs a day seems the right amount. Its not earth-shattering, but as a guy over 40 who's been training for 25 years it's noticeable and welcome.

I've read watched numerous YouTube videos on the effectiveness of Turkesterone. This product, for me has provided the effects I was let to expect not withstanding I am almost 53 years old, so muscle isn't going to grow like I was 20!I have noticed a slight increase in endurance, rep increases, strength, but of course I can't, say how much of this is down to the product or what would have happened whether I took it or not. The biggest thing I noticed was the pump, I already take creatine and since taking this product the pump is better, harder and lasts longer. I have also noticed other changes that would be compatible with an increase in general testosterone levels, but I'm too shy to share specifics in an Amazon review....

I am a runner, but a fairly slow one at that!I was a bit unsure about ordering this at first, but it had good reviews already so I thought I would risk it.I am so pleased that I did. I take two capsules an hour before I go out running and I find I am running faster and for a longer period of time. I am very pleased with this product. Definitely recommend!
