Great phone
Works perfectly. Battery life is good and has a large enough screen for me to use.

Very nice
Arrived quick. Really good condition and almost full battery. I put the SIM card in, and was up n running really quick. I'm happy with this upgrade from an S8. The 6.6" screen is a bit bigger than what i'm used to, but smaller than the tablet I was using. It's a good size. Everything good so far.

Stolen Phone, Do Not Buy
Do not buy. Verizon has blocked the IME# to this phone because they its a stolen phone. I got this back in June 2024 for my mother. Keep in mind there is no contract for service. It is paid on a month to month basis. It would work for a few months then the cell company would shut down the service even though she was up to date on the service bill. She would call and complain and they would turn it back on. Then the same would happen again and again. At the last interaction with that cell phone company they said they cannot provide service to it because it is a stolen phone. So I thought is was just bad service and I tried switching her to a new cell service. Its the same story, they say the cannot activate it because there is a block on the phone by Verizon. I am going to buy a new phone right now direct from the Samsung website. Where do I go to or how do I get all my time that I have wasted on this phone?
