Incredible item. Setup could be a tad bit easier and I feel that the manual is written by a chimpanzee and could be streamlined in a better way so as to make the set up much more intuitive and seamless. That being said once you know what they're talking about in the manual, the set up goes very quickly and easily. The product itself is top notch it already saved us with a leak in our upstairs HVAC furnace. Our home has two HVACs and we had a new humidifier installed on one of the HVACs and we wanted to ensure the new install wasn't dripping. So I set one of the 4 Govee detector node under the humidifier and as soon as a few drips of leak happened the unit immediately alerted me on my phone in real time. I LOVE how responsive and reliable it is and it did the job excellently that I purchased it for. Not to mention that this node was easily at least 75 feet away from the wifi bridge. Even then it caught the leak and relayed it to my phone within seconds. Very impressed and Highly recommend it.

Before I get into the product review, I want to call out Govee for incredible customer service. One of the sensors I received had a slight issue. When the pre-installed battery was put in, the battery bent the spring in the compartment. I was able to bend it back to get it to work, however it was slightly loose and I was worried about the device long term as the batteries are replaced. Amazon, for some reason, was not much help. I got the feeling that I would have to go through the trouble of returning the full kit. I ended up contacting Govee directly and explained the issue to them, I also included a picture but in all honesty it is hard to tell in a pic that something is wrong. Govee responded to me within 24 hours offering to send me a replacement sensor. While this sounds trivial, I have had horrible experiences lately with manufacturers support, Eufy, I am talking about you. Kudos for resolving this for me so quickly without requesting me to send you multiple videos or a blood sample. As for the product itself, it works as expected. Be sure to test each sensor before you deploy them! Setup was pretty straightforward and I didn't run across any issues. The app works great on all my different devices, and the local alarm is very loud. I really like how the sensors also show in Google home. I use the Govee products for water leak detection, Kasa for smart light switches, samsung for home appliances and Eufy for cameras and security. All of them but Eufy work great under Google home to give me a unified view of all my smart products. My one complaint is the main hub/transmitter. If you notice in the picture the device takes up two sockets in the wall plug when it obviously only needs one. A very silly oversight by the product team but it doesn't impact my installation. Pedi estos sensores ya que tengo un hermano con discapacidad que suele dejar las llaves abiertas del lavamanos hasta que se desbordara el agua en los baños, afortunadamente esta solucion me ayudaria a resolver este problema, probe cada sensor para colocarlos en cada lavamanos de mi casa pero mi sorpresa fue que uno llego defectuoso en todo lo demas funciono bien y pueden ser desactivada la alarma desde la aplicacion.

Easy connection to the app. Tested and the alarm sound is very loud. Don't know how long it last but they sre working fine for now.

I like this product so far. Set up can be a little tricky but once set it appears to work well and give you some peace of mind. Please familiarize and use the app to set up, do not try to pair via your Bluetooth list. Customer service is excellent, please contact them via the app if you have any issues, they solved my minor problem quickly.
