Excellent smoke flavor, rich cinnamon levels. Love it
I've had my eye on this for a while and finally treated myself. You can really smell the smoke in this cinnamon and it tastes great, too. I use it primarily on roasted butternut squash or carrots. I'm tempted to try it in homemade ice cream or apple pie. I have a recipe for a cinnamon barbecue sauce that I plan to make with this as well. It's very unique and delicious!

Taste like cinnamon
Have had a tough time finding actual uses for this smoked cinnamon, bought it on a whim. Good on French Toast.

Fascinating combo
I'd never heard of smoked cinnamon before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Given all the 'smoked cocktails' stuff I see around I'm guessing this is part of that 'add smoke flavor to all the things' fad, but in this case I get it! Cinnamon is probably my favorite 'sweet' spice, and the smoke flavor adds a whole new dimension to it that works great in almost everything I've tried: cookies, brownies, ice cream, pudding, milkshakes, and iced coffee; I added a few pinches to spaghetti sauce and taco meat and it worked great in both instances. It didn't work well in oatmeal or cereal, the smoky flavor is just too much for those, I found. The flavor and aroma are pretty intense so use a light hand when adding it. As a result, though this jar isn't that big, it's gonna last me a year. Good stuff!

Great for meats, not so much for oatmilk
I love cinnamon and smoked stuff so when I saw this I figured I would give it a shot. It came packaged just fine without any spills. Getting it out I took a taste and it was a perfect blend of smokey and cinnamony. We got a chicken breast and used it as a rub. AFter cooking it the chicken had a great smokey flavor along with the cinnamon. The only thing I would say is to make sure to use this on more savory things and not sweet or you might have a strange surprise.
