Not a Street Fighter comic
I can't help but be disappointed in this book. Street Fighter is my favourite game series, and TMNT (TMHT in London) was my favourite cartoons and the recent comics were pretty good. The Street Fighter comics have been awesome, so how could this have gone so wrong? The TMNT and Steet Fighters have both entered the same tournament. For ninja and martial artists, the fights are just brawls. Very sad. Of course, villains are pulling the strings. If I looked at this from a TMNT fan point of view it would have been 4 stars, the fact that they turned the Street Fighter characters into jobbers (another reviewer said that an I agree 100%), did not even use any of their special moves (only Chun Li was treated with any respect in this crossover). This reminds me of the Street Fighter and GIJOE crossover where the Street Fighters just put the JOEs over, the same treatment here. The book finishes with a cover gallery.

Good story, great art
This is a pretty nonsensical cross over, but it's all in good fun, and it is a REALLY fun read!

If you're a fan of either franchise, you'll be disappointed...
... but it's specially bad for Street Fighter fans. Not only is the entire plot TMNT centric but the SF characters feel like generic jobbers who are just there to fill space in the panels. None of them seem to have any of their defining personalities except for a very cartoonish interpretation of M. Bison. Most of the turtles do seem to have a little more heart beneath their faces but they're still miles away from being what we usually get from other IDW creators. The one thing I enjoyed from this book was the art, while it doesn't necessarily do a good job on representing Capcom's characters. I think it works well enough fitting them into a more traditional TMNT comicbook style.

Wow, this book is AWFUL
As a fan of Street Fighter and TMNT, this crossover is embarrassingly bad.It seems to take inspiration from the US cartoon version of Street Fighter, with how the characters are portrayed. (And that series was not good)Ryu & Ken are essentially jobbers, Donatello is very dumbed down, perhaps the least intellectually out of any of his incarnations.Mikey is a horn dog for Chun-li. Ralph is Ralph, really hard to mess up him (and yet they DO!) Guile acts more like Balrog with his constant wanting to fightBaxter Stockman is the only character with any kind of sense. Straight up telling Bison "Leave the turtles alone! They will mess up everything" and Bison is like "Nope, I really want that angry turtle." (Raph)Shredder somehow is able to be captured off screen apparently by Bison's street thugs, but Shredder is able to beat Ken, Ryu, Chun-Li, Leo, Don, Guile and Mikey simultaneously... And hold his own against Bison? How?It's implied at the very beginning of the story that the SF crew and the TMNT crew already met & knew each other, and yet not even the next chapter they're fighting because they think the other side is evil and have no idea about the other.... Also Jennika randomly pops up like... Just poof she's there, it's implied she's been there the whole time, but no... She's randomly there. The art style is bad, the story is horrendous. Even as a fan of both franchises, the story has a hard time explaining anything. Apparently the Turtles go to Vegas to fight in a tournament because they're investigating missing fighters... Yet they're not in Vegas but either in Manhattan. It's not actually stated. Too many loopholes in this. There is no heart or love for this comic. It's soulless, shameful and a disgrace. The only redeeming thing is "some" of the alternate covers that are shown are nice. I wonder why we couldn't get those artists to do this book. Maybe great art & bad writing could have saved it, but bad art & bad writing ... Just.. wow. You're better off finding it online.... Elsewhere, if you're that curious about how bad this book is, because otherwise? Could waste money like I did.If I could rate it lower, I would
