seems like good tape. i used it to tape around both feet - plantar facsitis . Did it help, id like to think so ! or was it placebo 🤷‍♀️. Anyway i would buy again.. conveniently cut strips made it simple to apply. sticks well ..I have sensitive skin and need hypoallergenic sticky product. This caused me NO IRRITATION. Had it on for 3days and it remained in situ with no signs of peel away at edges. After shower it dried pretty quickly as well. On removing..its a gentle process ..i removed it after a shower when it was wet . used scissors to cut through and peel off. It was stuck very well. It did leave some sticky residue. I used baby wipes to remove . All in all i'm pleased with product .

These work very well and are very sticky. They can last for days. My only problem is that they are too sticky and have caused me skin irritation as the have peeled the skin off.

Been using this for weeks after a dislocated shoulder and it's really helped, ready cut to the perfect size too 👌

I bought these a few months ago, initially I was impressed, once I’d mastered how to attach them without sticking them to everything, they offered a good level of wrist support. I could leave them on for a few days, even shower with them on without detracting from the effectiveness, however, during the hot weather (and I don’t know if it’s the heat or the perspiration) they become useless, they just become unstuck and can easily be removed… rendering them useless!

I wasn't expecting much from these but was pleasantly surprised. Much stickier and longer lasting than the (more expensive) UK-branded stuff I'd been using. The edges can get a little bit ratty looking, but I can happily keep these strips on for a week with multiple showers.

Ich habe Kinesiologie-Tapes vor vielen Jahren zum ersten Mal von einem Sportarzt bzw. Physiotherapeuten in Südafrika bekommen und war damals schon begeistert. Nun hatte ich kürzlich eine Bänderdehnung an der Ferse und da ich in meinem Beruf viel laufe, habe ich diese Tapes bestellt. Ich habe mir ein paar Tutorials auf YouTube angeschaut – und was soll ich sagen: sie sind einfach großartig! Die Tapes halten perfekt, geben stabilen Halt und haben mir unglaublich geholfen. Da so viele Stück in der Packung sind und ich sie allein verwende, reicht mir dieser Vorrat wahrscheinlich für die nächsten fünf Jahre. Ich habe sie auch an meiner Schulter ausprobiert, da ich dort manchmal aufgrund eines Verkehrsunfalls Nervenprobleme habe – und auch hier war die Wirkung überzeugend. Die Haltbarkeit ist einzigartig, und wenn man weiß, wie man die Tapes richtig anlegt (Richtung, Zugstärke usw.), dann sind sie eine fantastische Unterstützung. Für alle, die – so wie ich – lieber auf Medikamente verzichten, aber dennoch Unterstützung für Gelenke oder Muskeln suchen, sind diese Tapes absolut empfehlenswert!

These work well, really have helped me with my knee pain. They stay on really well, and I like the assortment of colors. I have recently ordered my second set of these, and they are a great price too!
