The Bokashi Bucket Food Waste Fermenter Kit with 2 lb Bokashi

I just bought this brand new Bokashi bucket and have been using it for 2 weeks. I didn't realize that it leaks and the liquid ended up lifting up the wood flooring of my kitchen and it even seeped into the bottom of my wall! I was really thorough about making sure that the spout was fully closed, so I am really disappointed that it's leaking and making a big mess. I wish that I could return it, but I don't think I can since I got rid of the packaging that it came with that had the Amazon baroda on it.

Sadly, the faucet on the first bucket leaked all over the floor. When I called the manufacturer, he said he would send a new faucet. As a precaution, I've added a drip pan under the bucket so we're really just getting started again.Filled up the bucket the second time, wondering why I never got any liquid, only to find when I emptied the bucket that the faucet didn't open. Attempted to contact the seller. No response. Attempted to contact Amazon. No response. Sad thing is that the bucket works just like it should. It just needs a working faucet.
