I like it
This tea has a nice taste to it, the tea bags hold up well to hot water being poured over it. I don't feel like my " mom brain" is as foggy. I feel this tea has truly helped my day to day brain fog.

Great product. Poor packaging.
I buy a lot of tea. I’ve tried several Lion’s Mane. I like the flavor of this one best. However the outer packaging has no flap and very little give so no matter how much I try to just barely tear an edge of the outer wrapper to open these about one in five times I rip the tea packet itself and tea gets in the water etc.

Tea is weak, no matter how long you steep it.

It helps me stay calm and helps me focus but in order for it to work like anything you have to take it daily so don’t say it doesn’t work till you have taken it for a week.
