Works great with my Samsung S9. Very solid and stable. I use it on tables when playing at Irish Sessions. I love the fact it turns from landscape to portrait with no issues.

This is a well-built, versatile stand for your tablet. It fits my Samsung Tab S7 Plus perfectly. Allows you to hold the tablet at different heights and adjust the angle to face directly forward or directly up and any angle in-between. The adjustments are stiff enough to hold wherever you set them, but they are easy enough to change when you are ready to do so.Build quality is nice, with a matte metal finish and a soft-touch plate for the tablet to stick to, as well as a soft-touch base for the stand to rest on a surface without scratching it.Thee stand can fold flat, and you can do so with the tablet attached if you wish, although for traveling I might suggest that it is better to remove the tablet and put it into a protective sleeve by itself. Since the stand folds flat, it is easy to slip into a backpack.The stand allows for the tablet to be used in horizontal or vertical (landscape or portrait) orientation simply by spinning the tablet mount. This is where the problem lies with this model - it spins very easily -- almost too easily. It would be nice to have detent or locking positions for exactly horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait). Even touching the tablet a little, such as swiping, especially on the edge, can spin the tablet and get it out of exact horizontal or vertical position, and this irritates me.PROS:* Nice build quality with matte metal finish* Soft-touch surfaces to attach tablet and on stand base for protection from scratching* Height and angle adjustments are stiff enough to hold positionCONS:* Swivel for horizontal/vertical is too loose, should have detent or locking for perfectly horizontal and vertical positionConclusion: I like the concept of this stand quite a bit - however, if I had known about the loose swivel I might have done more research for a different model and even would be willing to pay a bit more for a horizontal/vertical detent or lock.

t This stand is just what the doctor ordered, using it with my Tab S9+ cut outs line up perfectly with the camera array.I am even able to get to hold it in place with my Samsung Smart Book cover with or without the Spen attachment as long as I tilt it slightly back, big plus as far as I am concerned. The only draw back, it is very heavy,Should you buy this stand, absolutely!

This is an incredibly well-made and functional stand for the Samsung Tab S8+. The positioning and unique and strong magnetic holder plate is perfect for my teaching needs. Yes, a bit pricey, but quality is simply not cheap.

As the title says, this is a pretty good option for a tablet stand for your Samsung S8/9+ tablet. It is heavy enough, doesn't wobble, and as long as you're careful and using both hands, the rotate function works fine. That being said, the stand relies on magnets for your tablet to properly Mount and adhere to it. Unfortunately, if you keep your tablet in any kind of case, even a thin plastic case, it will not Mount or adhere to the stand. I tried to correct this by adding a pair of 2"x1" metal plates to the outside back of my S9+'s case and those just were not strong enough. I'm not sure how much mileage you would get if you had a vinyl skin on your tablet- I imagine it Would mount and stay put better than a case but I don't know.So tl;dr: Good if you want something for your home office but not for hitting the road and going to coffee shops with you, also good if you're someone who doesn't use a case on their tablet but not very good at all if you do use a case on your tablet.

The stand is very versatile, BUT, if your tablet is in a case it won't work on this stand with the case. You will have to take your tablet out of the case in order for the magnet to hold your stand as well as then turn it to whatever direction you desire (portrait / landscape). This stand does not have any bottom braces. The magnet however is very strong and will hold your "uncased" tablet.
