This is a fantastic high quality light weight carbon steel wok. The seasoning is brilliant and completely non stick. Perfectly even heat distribution. Brilliant for stir fries . Wooden handle stays cool to the touch and a nice fitting carbon steel lid with small steam vent holes. Great healthy way to cook without the toxins from standard non stick pans. This pan will last for a long time if looked after and seasoned correctly.

Arrived beautifully and very securely packaged. The way it was packaged spoke of quality. It’s certainly well designed and substantial and will be a great joy to use. Both handles (for base and lid) are quality products too. I am pleased I chose this product over any other - it’s bigger and heavier than I anticipated but that’s my own fault as I took no notice of the sizing or weight both of which would have been referred to in the product details. I would highly recommend this product if you want a quality bit of kit.

My first carbon steel wok after years of seasoning or trying not to choke on peeling anti-stick coatings! Wish I'd tried one years ago as it's brilliant. Egg Foo Yung and rice noodles don't stick to it, and so far it's handled everything from seared chicken thighs to ginger & spring onion sauce. Feels great quality and no fears it won't last for many years. Flat bottom is wide and ideal for electric hobs that I'm cursed to use - my best wok ever!

The pan showed signs of deterioration after 7 weeks of usage, the handle of the metal spatula came off after 3 weeks usage adding to the demise and performance of the pan. I complained to Bonlius the seller who offered a replacement if I was willing to pay the freight charge! I refused this, what’s the point of accepting an item that’s not fit for purpose anyway then expecting me to pay the freight charge, I find that insulting. I demanded a full refund which was met with a further insult by Bonlius offering me a car vacuum, I don’t drive. The description of the pan’s performance is misleading especially stated in the first paragraph, in my experience, I found the pan does not stack up to the claims made by Bonlius. I question the favourable reviews sent in by other purchasers however, I can only comment on my own experience of using the item.

This is a great easy to handle wok especially a flat bottom suitable for induction hob. Unlike others I've use, it really distributes heat well, fully non stick and lovely handle. Robust wok that not only cooks wonderfully but looks good too. Only issue I have is that there's a couple of chips on the wooden handle of the lid, otherwise it would've been 5*
