The flavour of this bread mix is very good and addictive. Try it with a drizzle of Olive Oil fresh tomatoes Buffalo Mozzarella, another drizzle of oil , Salt & Pepper and top it with fresh Basil leaves. OMG Back to the bread making. It really is easy to make thank to Wrights Bread Mix. Just a tip keep to the measurements with bread. I do not have a bread maker but a mixer. It is totally satisfying and the bread tastes out of this world. It is really easy peasy to make

But messy to mix but with my arthritic hands I appreciated that I just needed to stretch the mix for a few minutes. Absolutely lovely bread. Light, great texture and such a lovely taste. I baked 3 from 1 pack. Enough for 2 of us to eat with a plate of olives and tomatoes and I froze 2. I trust Wright's. They are the top for these mixes. Would wholly recommend.

So so easy to produce this wonderful bread. Brings umms and ahhs and the best of all smiles whenever this is baked. I am the dream Nana when this is available. The smells are aromatic and the bread quality when handmade so reliable. Don’t have the heart to tell them that it is from a packet discovered during lockdown. Sprinkled with additional mixed herbs like love.

This stuff is AMAZING. Absolutely delicious. Takes a while to make, but it is straightforward and way more than worth that bit of extra time and attention. Smells wonderful, tastes great. Very very more-ish. Will be buying again for sure.

I love this bread when I bake ,just the smell draws people like a magnet I bake the dough in a12inch square tin.i then cut it in half and use as pizzer base yummy delishu Hi great delivery very pleased with bread mix great as sandwiches but for me I bake dough in 12 inch pan cut bread in half and use basesis for my home made pizza home made sauce mozzarella & cheddar cheeses toppings of your choice yummy trust me delishes best pizza you will ever tast jhs

Quite disappointing that ive had this delivery today and it's only got a shelf life till 3rd Dec 20. I got this for Xmas planning as always a wonderful make

Please see photographs. Delicious. My other half made and said that the instructions were easy. She added extra ingredients but not necessary as she has made previously as normal as it is better than shop purchased Focaccia.
