Good compact size , easy to inflate and deflate, very nice feeling material and a solid Velcro strap to hold it around your neck. also price was fair for such quality

It’s a great concept, but it pushes your head forward. I really couldn’t use it, it was so uncomfortable.

I do not sleep on planes.At least, I didn't before this neck pillow! But I recently needed to do a transcontinental redeye flight from US east coast to west coast, and back again, and this was a life saver. I'm sure I looked funny on the plane with my blanket, neck pillow, eye mask, N95 face mask, and ear buds, but I left the plane *without* a migraine so I'm happy.Normal neck pillows are never tall enough for my neck, but this one is the perfect height. The valve also makes it easy to inflate in the air, and easy to adjust the pressure while you're seated. I would fill it full of air, put it on, and let air out until it was comfortable & gave me the exact support I needed.It's a great design and great value, and is a high quality product! The little bag is also a great boost, as it lets you pack it very neatly.

Bought these for an upcoming trip, and it's portability was the main factor as we will have limited luggage space. Size while compressed is great, like a mini-size pop can, and pretty light compared to the bulky foam ones. Not difficult to inflate, and easy to adjust the pressure down with the button if you over inflated. Pressure level let's you "dial" down the stiffness to your desired level of softness. Comfort-wise, each family member (including middle school child) tried it and were happy with how it feels during our test run on the couch. The "chin strap" pretty much only worked for our child though, so if that's the main reason you are considering this, take heed. I'll update the review after our trip.

So I did because I’m a millennial that gets my product advice from reddit.They all said it was the bees knees of travel pillows and I wanted something for the 22hour trek from Europe to Australia that wasn’t going to take up half my suitcase. So it did fit that requirement as it’s so small and easy to pack, and inflating it is super easy.Deflating it is also easy, which you can do once you have it on so you can adjust it to the right size.That being said, the chin strap is weird and is trying to do 2 jobs very badly. You can’t not use it (at least, not when you don’t have it completely deflated) because then it just slides right off at any head movement - you need to use it to keep the thing around your neck. But then…I don’t know, the distance from my face? The height of it? The fact that it can move? No matter what I do, it ends up across my mouth. It’s awkward but that’s how I wore it for 2x22 hour flights because I needed to keep it on but it is awkward and stupid. I think it’s stay in place better if there were loops for it on BOTH sides, not just one, and if the surface you can attach the Velcro was larger. As it is, you have very few tension and position options so you just look like you’re gagging yourself.Fix that and it’s perfect.

Enabled a really good sleep on a long haul flight.
