Very noisy
I wouldn't buy this pump again, as it is very noisy! We can hear it all over the house when someone is having a shower...works ok otherwise.

Works well but too loud
Noisy little thing, slightly high pitched squeal comes out of it. Not much vibration but I'll need to house it in something to dampen the noise. Kicks in very quickly on tap opening, a second delay on downstairs which makes sense. Dropped stars due to noise, so would advise against the product if this is a major issue. Seller delivered quickly.

Poor design change make fitment more difficult
The inlet and outlet are to close together which makes fitment in tight spaces difficult, as pumps are frequently in tight spots.Previously manifold connections were 90 degrees appart, now are parallel and close together. It's clear the designer has never installed a pump.

Effective shower pump, but didn't last long, uieter but not quiet.
Easy to swap out with my other pump, not to expensive and a little more powerful and stable than the previous one. It's not silent and although quieter than the one it was replacing, it's still noticeable when it's running. Not a problem while you are in the shower, but it can be heard elsewhere in the house. However, that was the story until it had been running for about 3 months, at about point it failed suddenly. Seller had no technical facility so put me in touch with the manufacturer who spent another 3 months getting me to measure, photograph installation, test water flow and so on. It was a complex and dispiriting experience and the end point was that they wanted me to exchange up to a more expensive model. I eventually got a refund from the seller after pointing this out.Disappointing overall.
