Received and opeed the box, was so excited to use it but was disappointed that there was no hdmi cable included in the box. Got the hdmi cable from an old dvd player. Video was showing but no sound. My tv has no rca outlet so I ordered from amazon an adaptor for rca to hdmi. When the rca adaptor came the next day and i connected it to the tv and the karaoke, it worked, there was video and sound, but got so frustrated when both microphones not working . Both microphones have light and turns on, the mic A with blue light and mic B with yellow light but both not connecting to the karaoke cant select songs and no sound. Just so frustrated and disappointed had to return karaoke to amazon. Still waiting for amazon to pick up parcel . Was hoping that amazon would just replace with a new one that works and no defect but there was no option when i clicked return or replace, just return and refund.

I loved the item, was so excited to use it actually I already set it up. Attached all the pages in the song book and started singing. But later I realized the antenna was not there thats why the mic sometimes loosing its signal. I checked the box again no antenna all. I really like the device but having no antenna plays a huge role in receiving signal from the mic. I just want to contact the seller to send the antenna but there is no way I can do that. So I just return it. I will order again hopefully there is antenna on my next order. Otherwise, I will return it again.I hope the seller read this.

Overall I love it! especially when we contacted the seller that we had an issue with the unit. He immediately sent his technician to check along with a new unit in case replacement is necessary. Thank you, keep up the good work! Great value for money.

This Machine is so easy to set Up. I like ot much, mostly on the part that i don't need to struggle the buffer from my old karaoke using youtube. Platinum Karaoke you nailed it.Thanks to the seller as well, very accommodating.. Keep it up.
