I’ve been taking electrolytes regularly and these are just as good, if not better than my usual brand. Nice subtle flavour, easy to dissolve, and I love that you can easily break them in half for rest/less active days.

Was a bit sceptical about these over the SIS tabs I usually get. But have been really surprised at how good they have been. Super tasty and have given me a real boost when training and really help with rehydration too. Will definitely be ordering more.

I find this thirst quenching unlike others. I like the taste too. High price and very limited flavour options a negative.

These citrus electrolyte tablets are fantastic! I use them after every workout, and they help me feel refreshed and rehydrated. The flavor is great, not too sweet or artificial, just a clean citrus taste.I've tried a few other brands, but this one has definitely become my favourite. I even set up a monthly subscription so I’m never without them.Highly recommended!

First time trying this product . I always seem to suffer with cramping of leg muscles and slow recovery. Taking one of these dissolved in water an hour before and then a further during intense exercise avoided cramp each time. Don’t taste bad either ! Used during long distance open water swimming and long distance cycling .Not the cheapest brands or products however it works brilliantly

I’ve found these tablets brilliant at keeping me hydrated on long runs, they are not v sweet and have a pleasant flavour. They are my go to tab for keeping my sodium levels up. Will definitely buy again.

The description and price per tablet (given by the subscribe and save information) left me with the impression that I'd be purchasing twelve packs of twelve tablets - I checked this be referring to the unit count which (at the time of this review) still states 144.0 - instead I received a single pack of 12 tablets.

High sodium content but I don't find these as effective as other lower sodium versions. These seem to have lower doses of potassium and calcium than other brands with much lower sodium content.The biggest thing I noticed it the residue in my bottle / glass after drinking, even after mixing. It's largely salt so pretty sure I'm not getting close the full amount.Will be going back to other well known brands
