I got these primarily to help when my milk came in to help dry me up (pregnant and can’t breastfeed). These were very easy to slip into my sports bra, and I could use multiple of them at once. The nice thing is they stay cold for a while but they freeze and are still soft and pliable. The do come with covers but I found I didn’t need them if I just made sure the white side was one skin (not the blue gel side).Even better is these make great ice packs to migraines and bumps and bruises too. So many great uses and they are small enough that they don’t take up a lot of room in the freezer

These are great for cooling a hot spot or bringing your temp down after a workout. They don't stay cold forever as you'd expect from the size, but they are soft, and just what I was looking for.

I used this after a lumpectomy. The sleeve provided to place the pack in was great protection. I will keep a few in the freezer for any future injuries that require icing.

These ice packs were perfect to use on my injection sites. However, about 1 year later only 2 of the 10 still freeze nicely. The others stay gel like and do not hold cold very long. For the price, I would still recommend.

They stay cold for a while...I use them for eye strain, and the cover they come with is nice and soft. The size is perfect.

We bought these for recovery from an upper eyelid surgery. We found that they didn't form too well to the eye socket itself, but we made up little bags of frozen peas to use. We put one ice pack behind the peas to help keep them colder longer and that worked well. We're giving them to our grandkids to use for boo boos and they will be perfect.

I got these for the occasional headaches I get but they do not stay cold very long. They are very comfortable and the blue side is colder than the other side. They would be great for kids with little aches and pains because they could hold them in their hands.

I absolutely love these they’re very big. They’re nice for people who have full lips. I offer lip neutralization for my clients and I freeze these to give to them as after care. They’re alittle pricey for four but they are worth it.

Its a great product to use during postpartum recovery. Loved it. Good absorbency and cooling lasts for a good time.

Only negative comment about this product that the white side of it might be easy to collect dirt as it is like fabric if it was a reflective surface easier to clean and manage.

3 Ice packs were faulty and did not work. Very disappointing and caused me more discomfort.
