Great value and works well for both balance and twister
I bought this to help rehab my knee and I'm glad I did. It's good value, it slides neatly under my sofa for easy access.It's sturdy and it's also easy to take the bottom off so it turns into the twister, also great for the core.I love that it has both options in one product.

Good value & well made, easy to use but I always use on a carpet never on a tiled or hard floor otherwise I’d go flying!Enjoyable balance exercise.

I actually returned this as I didn’t use it - this is my own lack of personal motivation!However this is a great piece of kit. Made of sturdy wood.as like other reviews I suspect it would slip on wooden / laminate flooringBut good for balance and twisting
