Waiting on Results
I have read that this helps with additional pounds caused by excess PUFAs in the diet. But long-term and consistency are the key. I am waiting on results from my consistency. Just need that long-term component. :-) But the product is well made and does what it says, so if you're in the market for this type of thing, then this one should be top of your list.

Muscle stimulation
Stomach / abdominal works great easy to apply. However the arm bands are very bifficult to apply ... one handed!! Unable to get tight to arm for good connection & need someone else applying them for you.

I Like The System, And It Works... But There Are A Couple Of Things That Could Be Better
After 6 weeks of use by both me and my wife, I can say that the ABS Stimulator waist and arm belt system actually works. It's made a change in the way we both look and feel, especially around the midsection. It's simple to use, and the EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) produced by the belts took me back many years ago to when I had it used on my back as a part of my physical therapy. Also, being able to use water (A spray bottle was included) as the electrical conductor instead of having to use gel is a big plus, and saves money.I tested and used all 10 modes, but I could never get past 20 on the intensity level for a workout. Meanwhile, my wife had her intensity level constantly set between 30-35. The competitor in me tried to go higher to match her, but that didn't work out. I have now accepted that even though I can lift much more weight than my wife on any machine, her EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) tolerance level is much higher than mine. Now to the negatives: In using this system for a month and a half, I did discover some things that I did not like about the belts, and here they are:Waist Belt: No matter what mode or intensity level I used, I only felt strong stimulation from the two front rectangular pads. The stimulation of the two side trapezoid shaped pads was minimal at best and most of the time, I felt nothing at all. Also, the Velcro on the belt should've been extended to where it completely closed instead of having it loose at the end like a "tail".Arm Belts: They were too small to fit around my arms. There were two 4" long Velcro extensions included (One for each arm), that could make each arm band fit, but it was awkward every time I tried to put them on. I would've liked it better if the bands looped around my arms and then I could've just pulled the belt for the proper fit and then laid the extra piece down with Velcro.Plus, the 2 rectangular pads for stimulation never fit like they show on the product page (One on the bicep and one on the tricep). If one pad was on top of a muscle, the other was on the side. One other thing: In the operating manual it lists a number of things that would exclude a person from using this, such as if you're wearing a pacemaker, or have heart disease, epilepsy, cancer, are pregnant, just gave birth (3 months natural, 6 months C-Section), have allergies, or anything wrong with your skin. With all of that said, even though there were some things that I didn't like, overall, this is a good workout/stimulation system and we both will continue to use it.
