did nothing for me,maybe it is just me.

This is my sixth time using this company for Natto-K, and other products... Since I use them for my digestive enzymes, I decided to use them for this product also. It did not let me down, and your products are gentle on my stomach! I really appreciate the care and detailed information you have on your products it really makes a difference. I will continue to add more of your products to my cabinet as I run out.

The thing about supplements is, you can’t always tell how or if it works without the benefit of comprehensive observation unless there is a dramatic shift. Most don’t provide that in the immediate, so here is my experience. I bought this as a preemptive measure for blood clotting after reading that a certain medical intervention I received had been found to increase the likelihood of clotting in some people. All I can tell you is, as of yet, there has not been clotting. I did notice that some mild reactions quickly dissipated after the first day taking nattokinase. Enzymedica is one of few enzyme brands without excipients (word has it that stearates may interfere with uptake of certain nutrients), and I have used their products with favorable results in the past. I rated it 4 because without benefit of lab observation, I really cannot say if or how it worked. I can only say that I feel fine. I took the suggested dose of 3 per day for 10 days, which is just under the window of time between this medical intervention and clotting. I would not hesitate to use this product again in the off chance the risk of clot were to increase or if and when traveling by plane for any great distance.

The doctor put me on BP meds as my BP was very high. But I am not tolerating them well at all and they have been debilitating. So I decided to try Natto-K along with some other supplements in hopes it would help. I can tell a difference but just started and can't really tell how well it will work overall. One of the biggest things is that I have been so tired and weak. And so far that hasn't changed. Hoping it will.

The articles I read in pub med prove that it does nothing it’s only as good as placebo. That means it’s only as good as a drop of sugar.
