Great to use!
Decent laptop for doing normal stuff on a daily basis. Gifted this to my father. It's been 3+ months now and so far no complaints. Light weight, so easy to carry around. Has it all- Windows 11 as well as MS Office so a complete package. With these specs and at this price, it's good enough for daily use. All in all, I'll recommend to all.

warranty issue
laptop is nice. quality,function all are good.only worst thing is after purchase we have to do efforts for update of warranty.hp team took 15 days .after daily messaging and uploading many time invoice at last they updated on site.

Weak Performance
I had experienced poor performance from this product. Within 4 months of purchase the sound has stopped working, the laptop getting hanged frequently. Product is not able to manage multiple tabs. As such either the tabs are automatically closed or the screen becomes blank. so ultimately you have to close the tab & start afresh. The built is also delicate. Was not expecting such issues from HP. Quite disappointing!!

All good but HP warranty expired as it started in 2024
I got the product, it is light weight, good quality, the only problem is the product's HP warranty is expering in one month. I purchased it one week before and it's warranty started in 2024. Sound quality is good, size is 14 inches, easy to handle, battery life is good so far and it heats up a lot of we talk about functionality, brightness is okay, wifi connectivity working good.
