Pretty dress but size down

Very pretty dress but larger than expected. Am a 6 in most brands as while have a small bust, my hips are on the large side - 36.5". However, in this case, I think a size 4 rather my ordered size 6 would have been a better fit.Unless you prefer a very loose and boxy fit. Otherwise, the dress was well made and not too short. Definitely work appropriate.
