First off its adorable, second it functions perfectly, it's excellent value for the cost, it's versatile for many cooking needs, the steamer basket also works as a colliander, it heats up fast, which is super convenient. I just love it. 10/10 buying a second one for my mother!!!

I got this mid August 2024 and had used only ONE TIME to boil water, and it stopped working. It seemed the fuse is out and no longer working. I took it with me when I travelled to Europe so I ended up to trash it after the first use. Very bad product! It claimed it has over-heating protection and it did NOT work at all!

This is demonstrably the superior cooking pot available. Regarding brand-based cookware. I recommend Ninja develop a comparable product for enhanced reliability. I have the DEZIN the company concerning the fading color around the control knob; the black heat setting dial exhibited similar deterioration after only one week of use. NO RESPONSE YET.
