This is so much better than using any soup sticks you can find in America! I grew up with a Japanese lady from Okinawa (two doors down from our house) and she taught me how to cook so many Japanese and Asian (lots of recipes from Taiwan) foods. This dashi veggie flavor I use for so many bases to my hotpot dishes and the one that is more seafood flavor pairs so well with a lot of my seafood recipes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this brand of daahinif you don't have time to make your own. So happy to have found this brand...
