this product works to lower glucose level

This is the best price per quantity I've found. Cinnamon Flavor is good.

Makes me kind of light-headed. I took it for a month and gained 5lbs. This was the only change I've made in this past month so I think there's a correlation. My weight was more maintained before, according to my doctor records. I took it for PCOS. It might work better for other people, but I personally didn't see any positive results.

The first 4 purchases of this product had 333mg of Cassia Cinnamon and the 5th purchase had 1,000mg. The after taste of this 5th purchase has made it impossible for my husband and me to continue taking. Also, I question the quality of Cassia Cinnamon versus Ceylon Cinnamon as Cassia is cheaper and has a stronger taste. Also, Cassia Cinnamon contains Coumarin which can be toxic in large quantities.

Perfect for blood sugar control and very reasonably priced.

I bought these for insulin resistance, which doesn't seem to be a very understood disorder yet. For the most part, researchers agree what the problem is and various causes, but how to solve it varies for everyone. I need to take 500mg of Berberine with each meal but after 2 weeks these still didn't make any significant difference in my bs. I changed to a higher quality brand, mid-range price point and saw an immediate change in bs. While these didn't work for me, they may work for sometime else.

I take this together with my medication and I feel like it helps a lot in controlling my blood sugar.
