Lock knob collapses from normal use
I purchased this entry door handle to replace one with the same issue. I thought someone used pliers to damage my first one. After 6 months, this handle has the same damage from locking it each night. Turning the lock has damaged it to look like it was squeezed by a pliers.

Great item so far
Great item so far. I had trouble flipping the handles but it was user error for not reading the instructions. The finish is nice and the price compared to in store units was a deal maker. This is close to what I was looking for.

Good product fast shipping
Bought several oil brushed bronze before from them, but theses 2 sets of entry locks only came with 2 keys instead of the 4 they should have had
