No this is for the iPhone but they do a version for android

Q: Would this unit help identify which TPMS sensor is faulty?

The problem could be a damaged or shorted antenna near the wheel, or a wiring fault between the antenna and the module,if it's can gets read by Bluetooth module than may be,but definitely not this cheap device,it won't read my mercedes sensors

Q: what is the default port number of the WiFi ?

35000 in FORscan lite and Torque on my android phone

Q: Whereabouts do you get the software for the android model

Depends what you want to do with it, there are various free software downloads available via Google, or if you want to use it to its full potential, look for forscan. There is a free trial available, and it's probably the best out there.
