So I was skeptical about buying these due to the reviews. However I am so glad I did. These are hands down my favorite boots. They are so pretty, comfortable and most importantly warm. Now I did stay them down with waterproof spray but that is just because I live in Massachusetts were we get a lot of snow. The only thing to know is that they do run a little big. I ordered a size 8 when I definitely could have ordered at 7 1/2 and been okay.

THESE ARE MY FAVORITE BOOTS ~~ MY HUSBAND HAD ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THESE FOR ME IN PINK BUT AFTER A FEW YEARS OF ME WEARING THEM ALMOST EVERYDAY IN THE FALL AND WINTER THEY FINALLY GAVE OUT SO I FOUND THESE AND BOUGHT THEM. THEY DO RUN A TAD BIG BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SIZING DOWN BECAUSE I THING THEY WOULD BE TOO NARROW. I JUST PUT ON THICKER SOCKS. I HAVE THESE IS MANY COLORS NOW PINK, GREEN AND BLACK. I AM ON A MISSION TO FIND BURGUNDY BUT HAVING NO LUCK. SO IF YOU EVER GET IN SIZE 8 BURGUNDY PLEASE REMEMBER ME. THESE ARE NICE AND WARM. I DID USE WATERPROOFING SPRAY ON THESE AND IT WORKED GREAT ON THESE. I RECEIVED SO MANY COMPLIMENTS EVERY TIME I WEAR THESE.. I JUST LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM !!

I choose this rating because the package i got was grey NOT a box.. it look like it had been ripped open and taped back together. The boots i ordered a size 7 and im pretty sure they gave me a 6... The seller kept asking me to send them to ANOTHER person who ordered them in the USA in stead of where they are located in China, because i wanted to return them for these reason;1. The boots are not the right size2. There was a thousand thread strings i had to cut off before i could even try them on!3. The fur looks NOTHING like the picture and it wasn't even attached all the way to the boot! There was a huge gap where they "forgot" to sew the fur to the boot! which was my BIGGEST concern with these boots!Now It has been several days, I have gotten my refund but, the seller wont send me a return label and insists i send them to someone else who has ordered them.. Which i think that's what happened to me got them sent by someone who was trying to return them.. The boots are defective and I will NOT send them to someone else in the USA because they ordered them. I have contacted amazon TWICE about this!!! This seller is HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE buy from another seller! it shouldn't take this long to get a return label! But from another seller or save your money! NOT WORTH ALL THIS HASSLE!

I ordered these back in November. I wasn't getting updates on where my package was so I contacted the seller and they refunded my money pretty fast and said if I received the boots to keep them as a gift. I finally received them and they are in good condition, they fit me perfect, they are decently comfortable also. This seller seems pretty good in my book. They did everything fine. I am considering ordering another pair even though it didn't work out perfectly in the beginning, in the end I received a decent pair of boots especially for the price.

Oh my goodness! So adorable and affordable. I have wide feet and I was worried the size 40 or 8 wouldn't fit. They totally do! Love them so much. Rubber sole and oh so fluffy! Brushed them out softly and they were ready to wear. Thanks so much! The customer service to this company is honest and great! Any issues you have they will fix! Thank you so much for the great products. Update after 3 more purchases: By the way you can even machine wash these on delicate settings!!! Or by hand if your machine is a HE machine. Take the insoles out and do not put them in the dryer. Since you guys talk about bad odors. WASH THEM. Towel dry the boots after you have washed them. I have purchased four pairs of these in different colors. The darker fur ones are fluffier than the white fur ones. The bottoms are rubber and the fur will need to be brushed out before first use. All of my sizes have been spot on. Size 8, is a size 8. In Black, Pink, Green, Tan. Just some info for you guys to make your choices. The shipping has been kinda slow but well worth the wait. About two and a half weeks.

Super cute but not comfortable. One shoe didn't have an insole attached inside. Inside is a piece of felt, not cozy not comfy but still super cute

Just Received my Boots. They are comfy and nice. Great to walk in. Was the best choice I made. Size is also perfect.
