Saved my feet breaking in new trainers
These are really good and saved my feet while breaking in new trainers on a trip to Rome with a lot of walking. Only downside is they do slip up in the shoe as the day goes on so needs readjusting, but it’s not annoying enough for me to hate them. Pretty easy to cut to the right length too.

Great value for money
This is my second pair of these exact insoles, you cannot really miss at this price point. Very comfortable, you just need to make sure you cut them to size correctly for them to fit in your shoes. Please note that they may fit differently in different shoes / trainers so they cannot be transferred to exact size.

They move in my shoes.
Not keen as they move around in my trainers. Not as shock absorbing as I expected either, was hoping would help with my plantar fascitis but no difference. Made my feet sweat too which is unusual for me.

Best yet
Been using insoles for years and buy both thin ones like these and thicker ones, depending on the application.Been using some of these for nearly a year and the order to which this review relates is a repeat order, made a while ago.Tried many different types and in my experience these, despite the gel base, don't cause sweat at all. The gel has perforations here and there. The fabric is about 0.5mm thick. The gel is 2mm thick but is surprisingly comfy and shock absorbent.Washing machine safe? They don't say washing machine safe so I presume that the manufacturers didn't bother to check or whatever. Anyway, I have been washing them at 30C and 40C, with detergent, in the washing machine regularly and so far they have been astonishingly resistant. Absolutely no parting of the fabric from the gel, despite them having been cut to size. Not even a single millimetre of fabric has parted from the gel or deteriorated in any way and the gel remains just the same.

Don’t waste your money
You have to cut to size and there is no guide for shoe size. They are think and definitely not shock absorbing. They are flimsy so when you put them in your trainer they move around as you put your foot in. Waste of money
