Although my clients like these posters I have hung around the studio, I find them childish and inaccurate. The muscle groups blur together so that one cannot differentiate between them if one knows anatomy. For the general population they are fun and do illustrate some helpful stretches and poses. But if accuracy is what you are after, keep looking.
