For years - I seemed to find it difficult to lose weight and tried all sorts of diets but kept going up and down. I was strict with sugar and did intermittent fasting, but nothing shifted, the weight i had gained. I stopped gaining weight with the intermittent fasting, but lost nothing. I bought these out of curiosity and steadily the pounds are dropping off. The only thing I changed was taking these, I think they have rebooted my metabolism. In one month, I have dropped a stone it’s visibly noticeable and friends have been commenting on it. It has added to what i was already doing eating a health balance diet with lots of greens .

I have been taking these for a few months now. I have been going to Slimming World since the end of April and even if I indulge in something I shouldn't, by taking two of these twice a day before meals, I still lose weight each week! I thoroughly recommend these capsules.

Has not done anything to reduce weight. Hopefully having other be fits though.

I'd love to say I have lost loads of weight but I havnt. Half a pound each week. They are however a fab appetite suppressant. Do not feel hungry at all.

Not effective

Have used African mango off and on for several years. Can’t recommend enough for suppressing your appetite. Notice such a difference if I haven’t taken them. Have tried a variety of supplicants over the years and this is the only one that works for me. Capsules don’t have much of a taste to them unlike similar products/supplements that have a strong offensive odour. If you’re not sure to buy these just go for it 🙂

Good value for money and would highly recommend. They definitely work as I have lost weight since starting to take these with no other changes to my lifestyle
