Are there replacement filter caps (red tips)?

Is this 3/8 diameter? Would it fit through the orange carboy cap? I want to move beer straight from the carboy to a keg using gas. Thanks!

Can remove the red cap? i want to use this to syphon out the yeast sediment at the bottom of my spigoted 3-gal kombucha tank w/o disturbing the scoby
