It was a bit of a pain to install but, because of the tool kit that came with the battery, which looking back I am super grateful for as I did not have any of those tools necessary to replace the battery, but it does come with everything you need. It holds a charge well, although it doesn't seem to last quite as long at the OEM battery, this is a much less expensive alternative though so that's sort of to be expected. There hasn't been any decline in performance since beginning use and charging/dying a bunch of times now. Overall I'd recommend if you're looking for a less expensive, but still quality, battery replacement.

This battery came with everything you could possibly need for installation, which was great. It works well and doesn't overheat. It doesn't last quite as long as the original battery, but that is to be expected.
