Nice workout frame
Very nice equipment. For some, the sides may be a bit too close for doing bench press (my elbows brushed the sides with an incline bench), but it is sturdy and well made. Like others, I would recommend a socket set with a 7mm socket to make it assemble quicker (which was easy); you should probably have a good English/metric socket set anyway. I put the J-hooks one slot lower for squats so I had a reference of where to put the bar down.

Works well at an attractive price.
Solid, good option for a home gym. Well built. Could be a little wider, but generally OK. Offers a lot for the price. Recommended.

Great for the price
I really like this squat rack. Unlike most on the market it comes with appropriate J-hooks. These offer great flexibility for adjusting the height of the bar. The height of the rack itself is also great, tall enough for squats yet i can fit it comfortably in my basement. Build quality is what you would expect for the price. My only complaint is that it is rather narrow front to back. This makes doing bench press a little tight. Definitely doable. But would prefer another 2 inches so you don't have to think about hitting the front supports on the descent of the press.I still think it's a great piece, especially considering the price. But would like it more if it was a little bigger.

Perfect for smaller spaces.
This is perfect for smaller spaces and for those who want to start building their own home gym. Very sturdy and easy to work with. Hold up a lot of weight and is also safe.

Would Buy Again
This squat rack is sturdy and easy to put together. A 6 ft or longer barbell is needed to avoid hitting the rack while squatting. Also, I'm 5'8" inches tall. It would be nice if the rack were 3-4 inches taller because when I'm standing up, the barbell can go over the rack while trying to rack the weights.

Good for the price
Easy to put together. Narrow work area.

Bench Press
I bought this as a cage for bench and shoulder shrugs only. The j-hooks and bumpers move quickly and easily. The bumpers can be adjusted so that they rest just above your chest on incline, decline, or flat bench when pushing yourself lifting alone. Also, for shoulder shrugs the bumpers can be moved for ideal placement. For all those reasons for me this was a great purchase.Clearly whoever designed this knew what they were doing.

Easy to put together, hard to move weights
Design is sturdy, and it is quick to put together with an impact wrench. That is why I gave it 2 stars, but the height and depth is extremely short. I am 5’8 and at the tallest setting on the rear post it is barely up to my chest. The tallest point on the front beams is too short for a starting point on a bench, and there is not enough space in between the front and rear posts to lift in between the two.
