Vision Plus Image 630 4G Digital Directional TV Aerial, Telescopic Mast with Uni Bracket and 5m Cable perfect for Caravans, Motohomes and Boats

The aerial works perfectly, the only thing that causes a problem is the clamp that fixes to the motorhome is only designed to fit onto the bottom stantion of the aerial pole ie one inch diameter. The diagram shows the bracket fixed to the third pole up , this is only about half an inch in diameter, causing the pole to rattle. I phoned the manufacturer ( Vision Plus ) who were no help, basically said that is the way it is tough. They gave me no solution to the problem. I suggested a solution to this but were not interested. Pity the aerial is otherwise a good product.

Great aerial but don’t count on the pole and fixings to keep it in place, very cheaply made, the bracket flimsy and came apart also the plastic scews that tighten around each section of the pole extensions will not tighten against the actual pole resulting in the aerial slipping down constantly.Not a problem as I have tape wrapped around it shouldn’t really need to do that for a £77 aerial.

Just been away in my caravan and erected the aerial, wasnt expecting much as the weather was attrocious however I put it together in under 10 minutes, plugged it in and wallop the picture expolded onto my TV! didnt even have to tune it in perfect pictune. over the weekend the weather deteiorated and was thunder and lightning and lots of wind and a little tweaking by twisting the areial and watching through the window to achieve the perfect picture, I was also worried the wind would blow the aerial off the side of the caravan but the brackets and clips held it secure.I have tried a satelite system but never got on with it and after spending hours trying to locate satelites all to no avail, I kicked it into touch and went for an old fashioned aerial and this works brilliantly and so simple.

Bought this to replace my caravan roof mounted aerial (omni-direction) type) which is useless. This is perfect and picks up signal in the remotest of locations. HAs a good height once extended and is secure when fitted

I have used this aerial on my caravan on two seperate sights the first of which is known for bad reception oweing to the site being surrounded by trees, although I could not recieve all of the channels on free view I was able to recieve a few. The second site I visited gave me the full range of channels, very pleased with purchase, good quality product and value for money.

Installed on my caravan, excellent signal and pictures. Worth every penny

This is a decent bit of kit, But the sticky backing on the plates that fix to the van need a couple of stainless screws, I don't trust Sticky stuff so want to be safe, acquiring a signal is first class, very quick, and we live on a estate where poles touch the stars to try and get a signal, did not even need the amplifier gizmo that came with it. Straight out the box and watch!.
