3PC Bonded Leather Recliner Furniture Sofa Set,Chair Loveseat and Sofa Set (Chocolate, Living Room Set 1+1+3)

**Update 9/13/19** Seller sent out replacement recliner free of charge. I am now rating this 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. This time the recliner arrived in perfect condition. Be sure to contact the freight company as soon as it arrives at the destination terminal, otherwise your furniture will just sit in a warehouse for weeks with no communication. You need to call them to set up a delivery date which I was not informed of. Anyway, the 3 piece furniture is quite soft and comfortable. I like the way it looks but that is subjective. However, I am rating this 2 stars because it arrived slightly damaged. The metal bar at the bottom of the single recliner was heavily bent. I assume the freight company stacked something extremely heavy on top which caused it to bend. I also had an issue with the loveseat; I opened the box and noticed a screw fall out. After quick investigation I found an area underneath the loveseat that looked unfinished. Not sure if it was a manufacturing defect? There were no pre-drilled holes, so I have no idea if I should screw it in or leave it as is. This is the first time I've purchased brand new furniture (I usually buy used furniture) and I must say I'm somewhat disappointed. Spending $1200+ on defective new furniture makes me question the overall durability of it. We'll see how long it lasts before it starts falling apart.

Recliner stoped working after a few uses. It gets stuck open. You or your guest will need to crawl out over arm. To get recliner to shut again you will need to turn the couch upside down. Also feet are held on by screws that fall out. TERRIBLE QUALITY.

We tried to get furniture around town and could not get anything we liked before December, it was August. We found this online and measured our living room and looked at reviews. I am short legged and my feet don't really touch the ground, but the seats are extremely comfortable and all but the middle section of the sofa reclines. We think they are great for the money. When going to reclining it is smooth and not loud or jerky. When putting them down it easily locks into place. It took approximately six weeks to receive and the company was very good at responding to my questions about arrival. Only problem is that R and L carriers was to call and let us know when it would be delivered. They just showed up, with no warning....glad we were home.

We were very hesitant to buy furniture online without even testing it out, but decided to try it considering we were on stay home orders for Covid. I am very particular about the quality of products I buy, so was bracing myself to be disappointed. The assembly was a piece of cake! The leather is super soft, so feels cozy. The color was exactly what I expected. The fact that we got a total of five recliners with the set was a great surprise. I expected only three (two in the couch and the single reclining chair). The love seat has two recliners as well! My only slight disappointment was that the back isn't quite high enough to really rest your head in an upright position. When reclined though, it's a bit better. Otherwise, we have been quite comfortable whether sitting, reclining or laying down. It's my teenage daughter's new favorite spot to nap :)

EXCELLENT delivery! Got it within 4 days! It was super quick and easy to put together, the color is a rich chocolate brown, it’s floofy, leathery and plush and pet friendly. Very good quality. The reclining mechanisms are smooth and easy to operate. We are ecstatic with our purchase and very highly recommend it!

This is well made and looks really nice. However, I'm 5'6" and fits me ok but my husband is 6' and the recliners that pops out is way to short for him. I would recommend for small framed people.

I am estatic about my furniture! It is super comfy and just slide the chair backs and arm rests on. It looks very durable and seems to be well made. Make sure you have help when it's delivered! The wait for delivery seemed like forever, but it was delivered at the earlier end on my estimated delivery. This is a fabulous set, money well spent! The seller was very responsive to my email questions.

I send many messages to Juntoso and never heard back from them..It's almost a year that I paid for those sofas .I tried many times to let them know that I want my money back, nobody answers.
