Bought this for my grandson and he says he loves it

Does not do what it should. Causes strain.

I looked at several different types before I selected this one, based almost entirely on their product page. I felt like the finger *caps* were a bit uncomfortable, and might not accommodate everyone - definitely, no long fingernails! Choosing the amount of resistance was kinda straightforward, however when using them at higher resistance, the rubber twisted a bit, overall they seemed dribble enough, except the tips. Might work better for some, than it did for me.

Definitely works as described!

I used it twice a day for 3 days doing 140-160 hand stretches on 6.6 lbs. about to move it up to 8.8lbs, when I got 10 reps away to being done on one hand it broke. It’s a cheaper stretchy material, I get that but that’s on the lowest level and the other one it comes with has it’s lowest level at like 13lbs. And being made of the same material I know it’ll end up breaking. It still “kinda” works but now, missing a spot for my thumb it all feels kinda unbalanced. I’ll see what happens it I keep going but hope it doesn’t cause trouble for me. I would say try to find another manufacturer to buy from that has a guarantee for it to last.

Very decent set to strengthen your fingers. They are adjustable which is great, they don't fall off your fingers or slide down which I've found to be an issue. If you have bigger fingers though it does cause some discomfort over time as each finger cup is the same size and does not leave extra space for your thumb or less for the pinky. It did cause pressure on my finger nails because of that reason. Still better than the ones that go around your fingers and tend to slide down.
