When I got this and opened it, I was suprised that it was a good size. I couldn't believe the size and quality for the price. So many other pillows like this on Amazon are really expensive. So, I thought it was such a good deal. It was very nice and soft, but I noticed a very strong smell. It said it can have a smell, but to air it out. So, it seems to be an issue you can run into with a new pillow. Odd to me though that it would have such a strong chemical smell. That does not seem good for you. Anyway, I aired it out, but even after that it still had the smell, not as strong, but once you lay your head on it, you can still smell it. It also irritates your breathing a bit. I thought I maybe could get past the smell and thought it could go away, but through the time of airing it out, I laid my head on it a few times to test it. I tried it maybe 3 or 4 times to see if it was comfortable, each time I only laid my head on it about a minute. It was comfortable, but each time I got up, within a few minutes my skin was very irritated, itchy, and burning. I tried it a few times because I wanted to make sure it was the pillow and every time I tested it out I would have the same burning itch. Glad I didn't try it through a whole night. Not sure if maybe my skin is too sensitive to the materials with this pillow, or if there is something wring with the materials that may be bad for anyones skin. This is just my experience maybe it was just this pillow, but it is good for others to know, I guess especially if your skin is sensitive.It is too bad, it is a really nice pillow, but not useful if the materials hurt your skin like that.

I have had more pillows then GFs so finding this pillow at a good price it was worth it and the customer support was also very good. rest assured if you get one you will like it and i didn't even need to take filling out or put some in.

I’ve been a side sleeper my entire life and it gives me neck pain not having the right pillow to fill that awkward gap from your shoulders , this pillow is great really contours to your neck and shoulders .

I cannot say enough about this pillow. I just need to find a pillow case that zippers you either have to buy a king size satin pillowcase, or one that zipper so it stays on, but this is the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had in my entire life and let me say I’ve slept with three pillows all my life. The only one I need now is this one I do not wake up with my neck hurting me, or my shoulders hurting me or knots in my shoulder I will be purchasing again

I have tried about 20+ pillows in the last 3 years. I am a side only sleeper, small frame, with neck issues. I had to remove about half of the filling before this pillow was comfortable. A little more firm than I would usually like, but the support is great. I have zero complaints about this pillow. Quality is very good and the price is amazing. I’ve spent 4x this much on other pillows that weren’t nearly this good. Very happy with this purchase.

I love this pillow

I purchase the Della pillow because of its shape. I was looking forward to try it. I got it and I found it too high and too hard for me. I went back to see if Della makes this pillow with different firmness,such as soft medium soft, medium, medium firm, and firm. However it seems that it is only offered in one firmness, which I found to be too hard for me, but I like the shape. That is the reason for my three stars.
