I read the reviews for this book before buying. I was looking for information on the sturdiness of the covers and the spiral binding. Which have proven to be of high quality. Cover are think and no thin wire to stab you - the spiral uses thick wire, no end poking out, and the loops are doubled. - What I saw mostly was people complaining about the staffs being too small and hard to read. What did they expect when the page has 9 staffs on the page plus blank chord charts. The staffs ARE NOT too small; I am 78 years old, have cateracts and can read my tabs with no problem. I will buy this book again and again. I'm very happy with it.

I LOVE that this notebook is easy to flip through due to it being a spiral notebook. I use it for writing down songs I want to learn on the guitar. Great for beginners & pros alike. I would buy again since I’m very happy with this purchase.

My son is 16 and wanted this book, his guitar instructor uses them. He saves songs he writes and music he makes up in the book. Good plastic cover, thick book, lots of paper, nice thick back to it, large, lots of writing room, pages for notes in the front, etc. Good book, I'm ordering him two more so he has them as he fills them up. Also a spiral spine, lets the book lay flat open for easier reading and writing in it.

This book has plenty of pages for you to copy a songs tablature. There are pages with fret board markings so you make note of the finger positions for all of your chords. This book also has a large number of stanza's for the notes in the songs you copy there. The book is well made from quality materials. The only problem is that the lines very small and close together. If the maker would have left one complete stanza off of every page. Then made what was left bigger and made the lines with larger spaces between them this would be the end all tablature book.

Really happy with the layout, spiral binding is great and the price is excellent for this high quality product. Will more than likely last for years in comparison to all other products offered on Amazon. My new go to from here on out.

I've tried every type of tab notebook I could find. This is the best. I've repurchased this multiple times for myself and have sent one to several friends. It's sturdy and very easy to use. It makes a great gift for guitarists and song writers. I love it and highly recommend!

Like the durability and sturdiness of this notebook, and the fact that it's spiral bound for easy access to pages. But major drawbacks for me are that there are too many tablature staffs per page with no room between staffs for titles or notes, and the lines are too narrow in the staffs, making it difficult to mark and read the tablature. Tried it and didn't like it so ordered another notebook with wider lines and room for notes between staffs on each page.

Kind of disappointed...the concept is good, the cover is durable, plenty of pages. But if you have never used a book like this you really don't know the flaws until you start using one. I will make it work but it could have easily been much better. The diagrams for chords are too small. Plus no space included for the nut bar, so unless you modify the chord diagram there is no place for marking the strings with X and O's. I also agree with another reviewer, who wrote about not enough space between ledger lines for notes, lyrics, etc. So like I said I will make it work but won't purchase again.

Lots of pages and good quality whether you use chords or tabs.
