This is a great product and good for a surge of vitamin D3 although one has to remember that for every 10,000 IU of this, you need 100 mcg of K2 in addition. Yes, I ordered the K2 independent supplement from the same great company and I give myself a surge treatment once every 10 days and then on other days I take the combined gel cap also offered by this company of the 10,000 a IU with 200 mcg of K2. Vitamin D is a critical factor for good health, and among its purposes is to increase calcium absorption, but K2 is critical as the K2 is the ingredient that directs the calcium to teeth and bones only. Otherwise, calcium builds up in the organs and blood vessels, causing calcification which can be deadly. I had no trouble swallowing these in my nail strength is extreme although I never had problems with it. I highly recommend this specifically for surging your vitamin D3 approximately every 10 days with the K2 and using the other option of the combination of 10,000 IU and 200 mcg K2 on a daily basis. A worthwhile investment for your good health!

I take these once a week plus with magnesium and vitamin A. It’s an excellent product, vitamin D levels are optimal.

The softgels are small and super easy to swallow and the quality of the ingredients is quite good. I tend to have a vitamin D deficiency and was recommended to take these every two days to get my levels back up. The softgels don’t upset my stomach which makes it a plus for me. They are most definitely worth getting.

I want to say that this product truly works. I have suffered with low vitamin D levels for the past 10years. I decided to buy this product to see if it would actually help. I have been taking this product for the past 3 months and I am now in the high normal range for vitamin D levels. Middle of Australian summer...all capsules are separate. No seed oil content...just cocoanut. Old problems seem to be fixed. 18 months to expiry date, so sharing is necessary. I trust this product.

It looks all cloudy inside, I think they are gone off even though validity is until AUG 2026 All the capsules were stuck together when I received it.

I’m really disappointed with this product. The listing states that it contains 240 pills, but the bottle I received had far fewer. I counted the pills twice to be sure. The Vitamin D3 50,000 IU + K2 itself seems fine, but the significant difference between the advertised and actual quantity is concerning, especially for a supplement that’s meant to be taken regularly. Because of this issue, I’m hesitant to repurchase or recommend it.
