Good serum, but will need a moisturizer afterward
I like this serum. I'm a big fan of vitamin C products for brightening the skin, but I do find that using anything more than a tiny bit felt sticky (which does make sense for a serum.) I have dry skin so I needed to use a regular moisturizer afterward.

So far so good-very soft, glowy skin!
I received this quite recently so I can’t say I would commit to repeat purchases yet, though all signals are favorable. Truthfully, my skin feels softer than usual and it appears hydrated. I’m hoping this is an indication of future expectations. I don’t use much makeup on my skin so I believe I can trust the product has given me a bit of a subtle glow as well as increased hydration and softness in texture. The price is fair and I believe the ingredients are of good quality.

So far so good, but probably not a 20% Vitamin C???
I only used the product for a week so probably too early to tell whether the serum is working. I'm posting this review ahead of time to upload the full ingredients. This is a pet peeve of mine. Why can't the seller provide a full ingredient list? Amazon should make this a requirement for skincare products; it might even decrease returns due to ingredient dermatitis.I may have skipped buying this serum if the full ingredient list is provided. I bought the serum based on the described strength: "20% Vitamin C, 3% Niacinamide and 1% Arbutin". However, Ethyl Ascorbic Acid is the 10th of the ingredient list and listed behind Niacinamide and Arbutin. This doesn't jive with the full ingredient list which I believe is supposed to be listed in order of concentration (from high to low) or alphabetically (with actives listed). On positive note, I haven't broken out nor irritated (a big plus on my book) and the serum absorbs quickly with no annoying smell. It also wears well under my foundation and sunscreen (as in no pilling). I'll update if my opinion change.

Affordable Facial Serum
This “LAUNCH OFFER: Dr Nolan 20% Vitamin C Serum – with Niacinamide, Alpha Arbutin, Hyaluronic Acid – Anti Aging Serum – Deeply Moisturizing Vit C Serum for Even Skin Tone” is a very affordable Vitamin C facial serum.I applied this after my normal facial wash and toner. It made my skin softer and prevented overnight dryness. I use this before bedtime and when I wake up in the morning my face is still hydrated and looks younger. So far I have not experienced any skin irritation, redness, or any other skin-related issue. This is good stuff for the price and what it can do to your skin.

Good value
For the price it is great and probably a little less effective than one of the more expensive products. It has a good texture and is lightweight and easy to spread. I like it for what it is and having a value option.

What the rest really for?
Dr Nolan needs to check on the 20% of vitamin c on this. Very oily for a serum.

Hydrating serum
This product is very hydrating, and has a pleasant fragrance. It is a little sticky, but it does absorb/dries fast.
