Best glucomannan noodles
Best glucomannan noodles I've tried... The texture still has a relatively firm, chewy bite. But the flavor is significantly better than every other variation I've tried. Rice thoroughly and boil them in a shallow pan b for a fair amount of time.

I'd a avoid it.
I loved "instant" Ramen and it was a regular part of my diet until I was diagnosed as a diabetic a few years ago. At that time I basically gave up all rice, pasta, and most other carbs. Recently I tried a few of the "Keto" noodles and liked them. I'm sure it's still not great for me in large quantity, but good option for the occasional pasta or noodles based meal. Ramen at $4 a pack (sauce excluded) is still a hard sell, but I decided to try give these a try. Well upon delivery the Amazon packaging was not sealed properly and the inside cardboard box was wet from rain. At least I assumed it was rain. Upon opening the box I discovered that one of the packages was not properly sealed. Yay, I get to throw one away before I even get a chance to try the stuff. Now it's up to $5 a pack, and I definitely would't have tried it for that. On further investigation I apparently skipped over other reviews and this is not an odd occurrence, it seems to have happened several times. I understand it not being a return item, but there isn't even a way to file a complaint for a defective item? That's... Well I probably can't and definitely shouldn't say it in an Amazon review. If this were purchased at a local grocery store I'd have been able to go back for defective packaging. Unfortunately products like this are not offered at a local grocery store. Some places may have it, but nothing near me carries specialty products like this. I even have to order online to get the regular low carb noodles. Hopefully adding yet another negative review will help some other sucker avoid wasting their money on this product. EDIT: Tried a pack yesterday evening. Definitely not going to order again. I can't say that the flavor was bad, anything can taste ok with enough seasoning, but the texture is terrible. I would have been ok with soft or firm noodles, I don't want them chewy and rubbery. Followed directions on package to a T, so I don't think it was the cooking that did it.

Ramen… Not So Much
Noodle taste is good and much healthier than fried noodles. However, the noodles are way too thin. Priced wuite high as well…

Keto Ramen was very good
I was a little reluctant to try this, but like the other reviewers, I was missing Ramen from my diet. Surprisingly the noodles were plump and al dente. They went well in a soup and with shrimp. I realize that these are not true to our expectations of Ramen, but as a substitute, this was very good. I hope that it comes back onto the market. I would love to buy more. I know they’re a little bit pricey, but if I can eat this at least once a month, it is worth the expense.

Strange Texture
Very bland taste. Nothing like real ramen noodles. They don’t taste bad, but the texture is off, like they’re chewy and crunchy at the same time. Might taste good and will probably hold up well as a noodle in stir fry, but I’m going to pass on them for use in broth ramen.

This is CARB free. It's not going to be like a regular carb noodle!
So many people give this a bad review, not sure why. I've tried many low carb noodles, and these are great! Do they taste like regular ramen? No. Nothing low carb is going to. They did NOT make me sick, they were perfect. Also, you need to ADD flavor, alone these noodles are NOT going to be good! Boil them a bit, add some ramen flavoring, or stir fry them with some shoyu and sesame oil and veggies and/or meat. These are great and filled me up for a long time.

These 'noodles' do not digest at all. They remain completely intact in the toilet. Threw them away.
The noodles do not digest at all!! The next day, there they are in the toilet completely intact. Ate them twice and exactly the same result. I might as well eat rubber noodles; the result would be the same. I threw the rest away. Way too wierd
