I decided to try this product because of the many different ingredients of which research has shown that they are good for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

It supports my gut health the most but doesn’t make me poop too much.

It was good but i.because I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis, it is hard to tell how effective it would have been. Perhaps I needed to be on it for a longer time frame?

I'm really impressed with its immune-boosting properties and comprehensive blend of ingredients like Sea Moss, Blue Vervain, Olive Leaf Extract, Ashwagandha, Bladderwrack, Burdock, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc Picolinate, and Turmeric Curcuminoids. I'm not sure if this is just a bad bottle of the product: Lot# 2305103 Exp 05/2025 I take a number of supplements and have done so for many, many years and I must say this is the first time I have ever encountered a truly offensive smell and unpalatable capsule/supplement taste, that unfortunately lingered for some time. Initially I thought the brand new bottle of water I just opened was in some way tainted or bad, but after swallowing the capsule and experiencing this really disagreeable lingering after taste I went to this supplement bottle, opened it, and smelled the product and realized it was this product, not the water. The smell and taste is strong, pungent and noxious. I would describe as almost metallic like, but my husband just says "rank", which may be the most accurate. Unfortunately I had already swallowed the capsule before I figured out the cause. My stomach did feel a little queasy for 12 hours or more, but thankfully no other major after affects noted at this time. It's possible the smell/taste originate from one of the ingredients, which granted I have not taken before, so I may just be unaware of a significant pungent odor and taste corresponding to a particular herb, ie; sea moss, olive leaf, blue varvain, aswagandha, etc. However, I read all of the other available reviews and no one else mentioned this issue, which in my opinion could NOT be overlooked or ignored by anyone, it is simply too strong and offensive. I also checked my order and delivery dates, to confirm that product wasn't sitting in the sun or heat for a long period, which possibly might have affected the product. The weather in our area was cool at that time, 50 to mid 60 degrees and I retrieved the package from my porch immediately after it was delivered. The bottle was sealed with plastic around the neck and covered interior opening as well, so not likely it was tampered with. That said, I am conflicted about giving a rating for this supplement. I decided to give the product three stars, based on the seemingly quality combination of potentially beneficial, third party tested globally sourced ingredients assembled in the USA, review of other products and company info which includes a web presence with contact information. I can only assume that for some reason this particular bottle has some unknown significant issue rendering it unusable, but it would not stop me from considering other products by the company.

I have been taking sea moss supplements for a while, but I had never seen a sea moss supplement that contained blue vervain, olive leaf extract and ashwagandha, until I saw this supplement! This is definitely a great value, because you don’t have to bother buying any other supplements to get the benefits of these other ingredients. Just 2 capsules a day are enough to help your immunity. This supplement arrives in a nicely-labeled bottle that is easy to open and close with my weak, painful hands. It was pretty easy to remove the protective seal as well. Inside, the medium-large capsules have a spicy aroma, and some powder easily escapes the bottle, triggering a coughing response, so take care not to inhale it. While I appreciate the excellent ingredients in this supplement, I’d love to see some guarantee on the bottle that they’re organic and non-GMO, as I’m not sure if that’s the case, though there are sporadic indications of such here on the product page. At a recommended serving size of 2 capsules per day, this bottle of 60 capsules is meant to last for one month, though it doesn’t expire for 2 years. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this supplement but am generally pleased.
