The quality is pretty good. It's sturdy and does hold a lot of clothes/ weight but if you have it fully loaded then any movement cause the wheels to fall off so I gave up trying to use them and found a place it can stay put. The assembly is like a puzzle as the instructions are just pictures with numbers (the poles are not numbered) and the screws were an absolute pain as some didn't fit well (the final one didn't go in properly at all but it's on one of the shelves so is useable and I couldn't be bothered with the faff of disassembling it to send back as I needed it). The allen key was awful as it was very short and had a screw driver on the other end which ended up scratching my hand a lot with some of the screws being such a poor fit. Overall, it has worked well but I could have paid less for one without wheels.

Got this rail together OK! But by using photos on amazon site as the instructions are not the best.A couple of holes that hold the little shelves didn't line up, so had to drill out to make fit. Quite sturdy one all tightened up.

Putting this together was very easy, didn’t have any unaligned holes like other reviews mentioned. Very sturdy,( I didn’t put the wheels on as I was using this on carpet) perfect for storing clothing temporarily while redecorating room!

A good design and seemed like it might be sturdy enough once built. But very let down that we did not get to build it fully as we found out that one vital component was missing and we had 2 extras that did not belong in the set. The instructions are rubbish and did not quite match what was provided. No option to contact the seller. Returning the item is a nuisance - one option - return by Evri courier. Not specific enough about date or time. Collection between 8-8. A joke when the fault is the seller's.

This rail comes with a small picture sheet badly printed.None of the poles are marked or labelled so good luck figuring that one out.The instruction slip doesn’t show you anything of use. Shows poles that don’t seem to be with the set.There were multiple nuts and bolts that did not fit with the instructions and the poles were warped.Absolutely no way you could put this together

The media could not be loaded.  Since the first moment I set it up the wheels feel off when I moved it around. Then when I was moving it around and it all fell off 💀
