Not really sure whether it helps or the energy I get is totally from my preworkout. Initially I felt something like rush but could be placebo. I have to try it without a preworkout to find out. The taste is great. I mix it with Generate bcaa for intraworkout drink. Maybe it does something.

Good stuff notice a difference in recovery for sure.

Love, its an intra carb but i use it with a non stim preworkout for goid enery exclude the caffeine.

Flavor is decent. When you first add the product to water it creates a huge clump. It does break down over time so as long as your looking to drink this over 30-40 min period, you’re ok.
