Slightly cheaper than the price they are from Microsoft, slipped right in and are holding up well.

Pretty sure one of my cats decided the thumbstick they hunted needed to be hidden into the forever realm so I had to purchase at least one as a replacement. The short version is identical to the thumbstick from Microsoft, so while I don't need the other lengths at minimum the standard length ones are perfect.

After a year or so of solid use the rubber on the originals wear thin. I couldn't tell the difference if these were factory or after market they're exactly like the original thumbsticks.

The rubber pad on my elite controller wore out. I purchased these as a replacement.While these do fit the Elite Series 2 controller. The issue is the shortest ones are taller than the default thumb sticks that come on the controller. (The ones I was looking to replace) So I ended up returning them. Apparently, you can't easily buy them from Microsoft. Good luck.
