great for the price, definitely would recommend
The keys are soft and responsive — a perfect add-on to give your custom keyboard a proper 10-key setup. I recently bought a 70% custom keyboard thinking I could get by without a number pad, but the more I used it, the more I missed having one. So, I decided to order this, and I have to say, it’s an excellent purchase for the price. The key feel and click are very comparable to my custom keyboard, which is impressive considering how much more expensive that one was. Honestly, it’s a bit surprising that this little keypad performs so well. The frame does feel a bit cheaper in comparison, but not to the point of being a dealbreaker. The LED backlight is a nice, solid white — bright enough to see the keys clearly in the dark without being overbearing. Overall, it’s a great addition that delivers way more quality than I expected for the cost.

The keypad works well and the keycaps are nicer than most
The keypad works well and the actual keycaps are nicer than most. The texture of the keycaps is nice, better than the sort of keycaps that come bundled on the keyboards supplied with most computers, and their quality is also good. The backlight works well, and is adjustable as the instructions describe, although I did need a magnifying glass to read the itty bitty image in the instruction sheet that illustrated which keys control which function of the lighting. I replaced the actual number keys with a set that I already had on hand for 1) the charcoal color that matches my main keyboard and 2) my keys allow the backlight to shine through the actual numbers which is nice. The feel is very very slightly less crisp than a name brand brown switch but still very nice. The keypad was instantly recognized by my Windows 11 computer, as it should be. The small size is nice, I can easily slide it out of the way when not needed. The attached photo shows the keypad after I had swapped in my keys that allow the backlight to shine through the actual numbers. The number keys in the photo are not the supplied keys. I would definitely buy this again if I needed another keypad.

Nice 10key, decent construction, meh key switches.
ok several things up front, the basic switches that come with these 10keys are functional but nothing to write home about. The construction of this 10key is nice, but the sound is unremarkable and I wanted thok thok thok. The key caps are also not spectacular and I will wear the numbers off them eventually but for now, they're perfectly functional. I do feel this 10key is a tad expensive when you compare it to the keyboard. However, the first thing I did was pull it apart and strip out the brown switches that this came with, I removed the bottom silicon insert and replaced it with a different insulation that killed all resonance in the housing. I also used painters tape on the back of the pcb. After reassembling it, I replaced the switches with some nice linears from another keyboard that I got that I like better and while not 100% improvement, now at least my 10key thoks even if it's not as much as they keyboard I'm typing this review on, it's a massive improvement. For the money, you get a functional red/brown/blue switch, a hot swap chassis, and very legible if not basic single shot I assume ABS keycaps but they look nice and they work. This is a decent value. The fact that you can upgrade the crap out of it, bonus! I expect this will last me a long while, size is perfect without being too big.

It is ok for what it is
Good cheap number pad. I was looking for a more premium model that was not wireless. I could not find it so I got this and it is ok. The feel of the key caps are not as nice as my keychron which is what I wanted to match and I wish there were more options for the switches. I am wanting to upgrade this though so the fact that things can be swapped is nice. Everything worked right away just as it should and it worked well through all of my work docks so setup was good. I wish there was more of an RGB option too but the lights on it are ok. I do not regret the purchase but I may shop around again if I needed to purchase another.

Extremely high quality for the price
Replaceable switches, decent board strength, actual 10 key layout. There's nothing to critizise here, this keypad is great. I can't say if the original switches are any decent, I switched as soon as it arrived to gateron blues to match my keyboard. That said, if you're a keyboard nerd this fits standard mx switches and is very sturdy. Absolutely no complaints with this, it's a good quality (small) board. Quality compares very well to hobbyist keyboards, I have it paired with a tex shinobi currently and it holds up fine. You can definitely swap switches though,

I just wasn't sure about brown switches..
..until I tried them on this number pad. Honestly it was a really cheap choice to test them out on this number pad before actually committing to them on a full keyboard. But omg am I happpy I did. I originally purchased this to help fix Windows Systems affected by the CrowdStrike situation by entering in the BitLocker decryption codes. At least until we also figured out the barcode scanner trick. But during that day long nightmare where we had to remediate about 9500 systems across the County, this thing worked like a champ typing up hundreds of thousands of numbers and connect and disconnects amongst hundreds of laptops that I touched. It got banged up a bit but still looks no worse for wear. If that's not a solid endorsement of this product, I really don't know what is. These brown switches keys are just fantastic. Weightwise it's just right. There's even a solid support flap on the bottom to angle it more towards you if that's what you want. They're definitely quiet and nice to use. Honestly, while I love 108 key keyboards, this might make me want to use a 75% and a secondary numberpad offset from my keyboard so I can get my mouse much closer. There's not much else I can say about this. It's comfortable and far better than using a cheap $5.99 Kadaon scissor key setup. As with current switch tech and HID Keyboard electronics, the implementation works great since you don't need a 100% depression to engage the contacts. If you get one, I think you'll be happy too!

This has great quality feel with a nice dead "Thock" at every key press. The backlighting doesn't do much since the keys it comes with are not shine-through. But most people who care that much can easily get a set of shine-through keycaps that are exactly the colour they want.

打鍵感丁度いい感じです。 調光も出来るし👍 地味に電卓のショトカ便利です笑 強いていえばタブのショトカも欲しかったけど、ぜーんぜん満足です😊

It’s a pretty nice keypad, but the backlighting feature is fairly useless since the keycaps are opaque. What I mean is that there is no light shining through the cap to illuminate the number. So, in a dim room, this means that the numbers are even harder to read than if there was no backlight at all. Ridiculous! So now I’m on the hunt for some replacement keycaps, but it seems like most sets are more expensive than this whole keypad. Blerg!
