Bourjois Volume Glamour Mascara for Women, Ultra Black, 0.4 Ounce

Just received the item. The box was big didn't think that's my product there. I opened it found my mascara. The bottle itself was not sealed so it makes you wander if it was used or not. I opened it and as soon as I did I knew it's not full. I saw the line form where the mascara cream stopped in the bottle (half way thought the bottle, see picture attached). I then went to weight the mascara. 0.9oz. I took 2 almost empty other mascaras and weighed them too 0.6 on both. Bourjois mascara tube is taller than the other ones I had ... definitely not full bottle. I was so waiting on this mascara ... very disappointed :( Will send back. Not happy at all! UPDATE: So I wanted to return the product and I tried to. When I completed the return request I receive no return required and a replacement will be sent to me. I just go the replacement but the tube has the same weight and also shows half a bottle. I guess that's the way the come ... I have it a 5 stars for the replacement without charge but I am not sure if I'll re-order. Picture of replacement bottle attached.

This is good product, the pigment is very strong

After reading all the reviews I expected really great mascara.... and maybe it is great, but to me it just to delicate effect, I like more dramatic look and this mascara just sort of colors the lashes without any special effects. If u like just slight make upit is definitely for u, otherwise dont waste your money.

Normally when you order this mascara, it comes in packaging. But this just showed up with a label on it and without a box. Really disappointing and doesn’t give any comfort that that was not previously used.

Tube was sort of smashed? still intact but has a weird shape like it was under something heavy for a long time,

El color es negro normal, pero las pestañas quedan muy largas y naturales sin grumos. Lo recomiendo. Duradero y si lo usas habitualmente vas a ver cómo al mismo tiempo cuida de tus pestañas. Al menos a mi me ha sucedido.
