I am thrilled that I found these. They give me that little extra 'pep' first thing in the morning -- without that weird and unpleasant jittery feeling. I get so much more done now in the morning so I am able to enjoy my afternoons!!! A great thing for me and my lifestyle. The kiwi dominant flavor is fine. I have a fairly sensitive stomach and was concerned it would not work, but it does. I now have it on 'Subscribe & Save'. The 'orange' flavor is great also. Okay, it is a little challenging opening, but I always get it open so that is fine. Definitely no leakage! If you're on the fence, go for it -- you will not regret this very cool purchase.

Takes the edge off fatigue.

As a sufferer of autoimmune issues, I struggle constantly with brain fog and debilitating fatigue (among many other symptoms) and I'm always looking for something that might help make my symptoms less severe. Recently I have tried tru minis. These are wellness shots with zero calories, zero sugars (and no aspartame which gives me migraines), no artificial flavors, no nuts, no dairy and no soy in any of their line of mini wellness shots. I have been trying tru Focus, the Brain Blend formula which has a bright and refreshing apple kiwi flavor. So far, I am impressed! These wellness shots are a great afternoon pick me up that gives me a boost to help me get through that afternoon slump. It tastes great with no gross aftertaste, doesn't upset my stomach and doesn't give me any energy crash later in the day. They have a few formula choices, tru Focus, tru Energy, and tru Dream.

Initial impression - flavor is obviously quite artificial. Unable to comment on the sleep modification yet.

I liked the flavor of this product, but then I realized the reason I wasn't getting good sleep when drinking it was that the ingredients list shows it contains maltodextrin. Although it claims to be sugar-free, maltodextrin is worse than sugar, with a higher glycemic index. Beware and read your labels!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Quick and easy way to help go to sleep. Tastes like a liquid cherry drink. I keep them in my nightstand and drink one right before bed. They seem to start working pretty quickly!!

My mom has dementia and trouble sleeping. I started giving her these shots 30 minutes before bed and it has been a game changer for her and all of us caring for her. Highly recommend.
