Had a ten kg cast iron weight on this and it held strong does what you need it to do

Use it to strengthen the neck muscles for racing. It does the job and there are exercises you can do with it to cover all the different neck muscles but you need to be careful as it would be easy to injure your neck I reckon if you over did it. You need your own weights to use it.

Perfect for home gym training

Used this a few times. Great piece of kit. Does what it says. Seems sturdy. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s comfortable but I don’t think I’ve ever used a comfortable neck harness. Good price. Would recommend.

Plus d’un an que je l’ai le scratch commence à peine à se décoller alors que celui de Jaw Design au bout de deux mois il était mort.
